1. Where will the lessons take place?
All lessons are held online via Google Meet.
Before your scheduled lesson starts, you will receive a link via email to join the virtual classroom.
2. How can I book and pay for my lessons?
To purchase a lesson, simply click on the “Book Online” button. You will be redirected to our booking platform where you can select your preferred date and time and securely complete the payment.
3. Is the trial lesson free?
Yes, the trial lesson is completely free and lasts 30 minutes. This session is designed to meet the student, assess their current level of Italian (you can also find free placement tests on website), and discuss their specific learning goals.
4. What if I can’t find a suitable time slot in the calendar?
If none of the available times fit your schedule, please send an email to italianlangandcultacademy@gmail.com.
Let us know your preferred days and times; if possible, we will update the calendar to accommodate your needs so you can proceed with the booking.
5. What should I do if I am not satisfied with a lesson?
Your satisfaction is important. If you are not happy with your lesson, please email at italianlangandcultacademy@gmail.com explaining your concerns. If the reasons are valid, you may request a refund.
