If you live in the European Union and subscribed to a membership less than 14 days ago, you can withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. You do not need to log in to your account to do so.
Fill in the form and press “Confirm withdrawal”. You will receive an email confirming the content of your statement and the date and time it was sent. If you asked for immediate access, you pay only the proportionate amount for the service already used and the rest is refunded. More details in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
If you live in Switzerland or outside the European Union, the law does not provide a right of withdrawal for online purchases: you can still cancel your subscription at any time from your personal area.
