1. Provider
Rossana Pazzaglia, independent Italian teacher, Switzerland
Email: italianlangandcultacademy@gmail.com
2. Services
I offer private online Italian lessons for adults, teenagers and children, held on Google Meet, and online courses sold through Udemy and PayHip. The content and level of the lessons are agreed with each student.
3. Booking and payment
- Lessons are booked and paid in advance through the online booking system (SimplyBook.me).
- The prices shown on the website apply at the time of booking. Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
- Lessons for minors must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, lesson packages and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
5. Online courses
Courses purchased on Udemy are subject to Udemy’s terms. Courses purchased through PayHip are subject to PayHip’s checkout conditions and to my Refund and Cancellation Policy. Access to a course is personal: course videos and materials may not be shared, copied or resold.
6. Teaching materials and copyright
All content on this website and all teaching materials (texts, exercises, presentations, videos, audio) are protected by copyright and belong to Rossana Pazzaglia, unless stated otherwise. They may be used only for your personal learning and may not be copied, published or distributed without my written permission.
7. Conduct during lessons
I ask all students to behave respectfully. I may end a lesson or refuse further bookings in case of inappropriate behaviour.
8. Liability
I prepare my lessons and materials with care. However, I cannot guarantee a specific result, such as passing an exam, because learning also depends on the student’s own work. My liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; liability for intent and gross negligence is not excluded.
9. Privacy
How I handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your booking or purchase applies.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is the place of residence of the provider, subject to mandatory provisions that allow consumers to bring a claim at their own place of residence.
